3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
  • Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
  • Please verify all details in your booking confirmation immediately

Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be made in full before travel unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless specified otherwise
  • Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation charges apply as per the package terms
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable

Cancellation by Anaam Yatra:

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Full refund will be provided if we cancel your booking
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Liability and Responsibilities

Our Liability:

  • We act as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service providers
  • We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by service providers
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booking

Your Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time for all scheduled services
  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Respect other travelers and service providers
  • Take care of your personal belongings

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.
